Section 49(1) in The State Bank Of India Act, 1955
(1)The Central Government, in consultation with the Reserve Bank, may, by notification in the Official Gazette make rules to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
