Section 7(2) in West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961
(2)There shall be paid to the Registrar, for the registration of a society under this Act, [such fee not exceeding one hundred and fifty rupees] [Substituted by West Bengal Act No. 31 of 1984, dated 12.11.1984.] as the State Government may from time to time direct.
