Section 124(2)(b) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994

(b)"the successor Panchayati Raj Institution" means Panchayat, a Panchayat Samiti or a Zila Parishad constituted under this Act for such local area as corresponds to the respective local area of the existing Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad.
