Section 52 in Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council Act, 2005
52. Election of members.
- Election of members shall be held in accordance with the rules made under section 60 and the first election for the purpose of constituting the General Council and the Village Council shall be held on such date or dates as the Government may direct in consultation with the interim Sonowal Kachari Executive Council referred to in section 80.
