22. Supplementary Budget.
- The Board may submit a supplemental budget as approved by the State Government for the sanction of the All India Khadi and Village Industries Board, in such form and before due date as the [Khadi and Village Industries Commission] [Substituted 'All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board' by Assam Act No. 31 of 1960, dated 17.12.1960.] may prescribe and the provisions of Section 21 shall apply to such supplementary budge
