Section 633 in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
633. Transitory provisions as to Howrah Municipality. -
The provisions of the Calcutta Municipal Act, 1923, as extended to the Municipality of Howrah under that Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue to be in force subject to the modifications specified in Schedule VII until the provisions of this Act are extended to that Municipality under this Act.
