1. Short title and commencement. - (1) This Act may be called the St. Thomas' School Act, 1923.
(2)This section and section 2 shall come into force at once, and the remainder of the provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the [State Government] may, by notification in the [Official Gazette], direct.Constitution
