Section 5(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fixation of Trading Margin) Regulations, 2010

(1)Save as otherwise provided in these regulations, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fixation of Trading Margin) Regulations, 2006 shall stand repealed from the date of commencement of these regulations.
