Section 75AA(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985
(1)Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 75A of the Act, shall be punishable with fine of Rs. 1000/- per person each time and when the offence is a continuing one, with a daily fine not exceeding Rs. 50/- during the period of the continuance of the offence.]
