Section 8(1) in The U.P. Harcourt Butler Technical University Act, 2016
(1)The Government shall have the right to cause an inspection, by such person or persons as it may deem fit, to be made for the University, including its buildings, libraries, laboratories, workshops and equipment, Examinations, teaching and other related works conducted by the University or to cause an enquiry to be made in the like manner in respect of any matter connected with the academics, administrative, financial and other matters of the University.
