Section 1 in The Orissa State Commission for Women Act, 1993
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa State Commission for Women Act, 1993.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
