Section 7(4) in The U.P. Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(4)The local authority (Gram Panchayat/Nagar Nigam/Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be) shall maintain a namewise list and record of all children belonging to weaker section and disadvantaged group, studying in private and specified category schools under its jurisdiction.
