Section 29(3) in Orissa State Bar Council Rules, 1989
(3)Oh the publication of the list in the Official gazette persons whose names appear in the list shall be deemed to have been declared as elected. The Members Of the Bar Council shall be deemed to have been elected on the date of publication of their names in the Official Gazette.
