45. Resignation of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
(1)The Chairman of the marketing committee may resign his office by writing under his hand, addressed to the Director; and resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Director.(2)The Vice-Chairman of the marketing committee may resign his office by writing under his hand, addressed to the Chairman; and the resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Chairman :Provided that the resignation from the office of the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, shall not be deemed to be resignation from membership of the Marketing Committee.
