21. Application of National Biodiversity Fund
.-(1) The National Biodiversity Fund shall be operated by the Chairperson or by such other officer of the Authority as may be authorised in this regard.(2)The National Biodiversity Fund shall have two separate heads of accounts, one relating to the receipts from the Central Government and the other concerning the fee, licence fee, royalty and other receipts of the Authority.
