Section 3(10) in The M.P. Resettlement and Rehabilitation of Displaced Persons (House Building Material Acquisition) Act, 1949
(10)The State Government may, by general or special order, authorise any person to enter any premises and inspect such premises and any house-building material therein liable to be acquired under this section with a view to acquiring any such house-building material under this section.
