2. Anti-Dumping Cross Appeal No. 50092 of 2022 has been filed by Suraj Limited, which has been arrayed as respondent no. 115 in this appeal, with an allegation that it has unnecessarily been impleaded as a respondent since it is not engaged in the activity of importing flat rolled products of stainless steel, which is the product under consideration.
3. The said respondent, in such a situation, would not be aggrieved even if anti-dumping duty is imposed on flat rolled products of stainless steel.
4. The cross appeal is, accordingly, rejected.
