Section 2(1)(vi) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(vi)"Incidental Tapper" means the person incidental to taping, sale of toddy and includes disabled tapper, professional tapper who is above 65 years of age and widow of a tapper who died while engaged in tapping.
