Section 9(a) in The West Bengal Additional Tax and One-Time Tax on Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2008
(a)for the words, figures, letter and brackets "life-time tax under sub-section (2) of section 9A', the words, figures, letters and brackets "life-time tax under sub-section (2) of section 9A or sub-section (2) of section 9AA," shall be substituted;
