Section 57 in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
57. General.
- Subject to the provisions of the Act and these rules, the Board may extend any of the benefits specified in the Act to the beneficiaries including, in appropriate cases, to their dependents with prior approval of the State Government and subject to the provision in the budget of the Board.
