18. Plaintiffs case"'is"that.Lhiig'ent:ere§i'i:1to an agreement with 27.3.1989 for purchase of suit schedule eipropertydfor consideration of €6,000/--. On that day a notice is issued by him to defendants 1 and 2 calling upon them to execute sale deed of suit schedule property in his favour.
