This transfer petition is filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of Matrimonial Petition No. 1662 of 2017 titled Dhirendra Kumar Sukeshwar Versus Sangeeta Dhirendra Kumar @ Sangeeta Kumari pending before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division Kalyan, at Kalyan, Maharashtra to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro, Camp Court at Tenughat, Jharkhand.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection if the present petition is allowed and the case is transferred, as prayed for.
