(1)The Planning Board shall be the principal planning body of the University. The Planning Board shall ensure that the infrastructure and academic support system meets the norms of the applicable statutory authorities.(2)The constitution of the Planning Board, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed.
