Section 12(1)(ii) in Bihar Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1960

(ii)in the case of a Member, other than the Chairman, if he has completed six years' service for pension and has drawn pay at the rate of Rs. 1,750 a month, be Rs. 3,553 per annum.
