Section 28(2) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015
(2)After making such enquiry as it deems fit, the Director or officers authorised by the Director, may grant or refuse to grant recognition and where recognition is refused, shall record reasons in writing and communicate the same to the applicant.
