21. Protection of Action taken in good faith.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.(2)No suit or legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused for any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provisions of this Act or by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
