33. Research.
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the University shall carry on strategic, basic and applied research in organic agriculture.(2)The University through its research organization shall be the principal agency of control over research activities in organic agriculture, animal husbandry and other allied branches in its jurisdiction.(3)The University may establish Regional and Zonal Research Stations and Sub-Stations in different agro-climatic zones in its territorial jurisdiction for the conduct of research including operational research.
