Section 11(4) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(4)The Vice-Chancellor may, by writing under his hand addressed to the Chancellor,resign his/her office.The resignation shall be delivered to the Chancellor ordinarily sixty (60) days prior to the date on which the Vice-Chancellor wishes to be relieved of his/her office, but the Chancellor may relieve him/her earlier. The resignation shall take effect from the dateof relief.
