Section 16(1) in The Kannada Development Authority Act 1994
(1)The Chief Secretary at the State level, the Divisional Commissioner at Divisional level, the Deputy Commissioner at District level, the Assistant Commissioner at the Sub- divisional level and the Tahsildar at the Taluk level shall be responsible to carryout the objectives of the Au-thority.
