Section 10A(2) in The U.P. Disciplinary Proceedings (Administrative Tribunal) Rules, 1947
(2)Where a Government servant retires during the pendency of any proceedings against him under these rules the Governor may order the proceedings to be continued for purpose of Article 351-A of the Civil Service Regulation.
