Section 41(1) in ANDHRA PRADESH ANCIENT AND HISTORICAL MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND REMAINS RULES 1960
(1)On receipt of an application under rule 40, the Director may grant as licence or, if he is satisfied that the licence asked for, should not be granted may, for reasons to be recorded, reuse to grant a licence:Provided that the Director shall not grant any licence to film the interior of any protected monument, that is to say such part of any protected monument as is covered by a roof of any description, except when the film is for the purpose of education or of publishing the monument.
