37. Cognizance of offence –
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2. of 1974) no court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, except upon a complaint made by an order of the Government or the Council.CHAPTER – VII FINANCE, ACCOUNTS, AUDIT AND RETURNS
