1.This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. This is an application for modification of order dated 06.03.2023.
3. It is submitted that in paragraph 3 of the order dated 06.03.2023 it has been wrongly mentioned that the petitioner has filed a written report dated 18.01.2023 "before the opposite party No.4/Inspector-in-charge Bharatpur Police Station" instead of "before the opposite party No.2/Superintendent of Police, Phulbani, Kandhamal.". Similar mistake also occurs in paragraph 4 i.e. "the O.P.No.4/Inspector Incharge Bharatpur P.S." in stead of "O.P.No.2/Superintendent of Police, Phulbani, Kandhamal". Further, it is submitted that in the cause Page 1 of 2 // 2 // title the "O.P.No.2/Superintendent of Police, Kandhamal, District Kandhamal" has been wrongly mentioned instead of "Superintendent of Police, Phulbani, Kandhamal".
4. Considering the averments as made in the I.A, the prayer for modification as narrated above is allowed. Office to carry out the order.
5. The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
