Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to accept the amount at the rate of ` 2795/- per square yard provided that the interest is given upto date. However, seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law against order dated 28.06.2019.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent has prepared the draft amounting to ` 10,74,76,896/- in June, 2019 and the communication was sent to the petitioner for the same, the delay has occurred as the petitioner has not come forward to accept it.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the communication was received in July, 2019.

Petitioner shall appear before the Estate Officer, HSVP, Hissar on 30.10.2019 at 11.00 AM for getting the sale deed registered.
