13. Virginia tobacco to be sold at registered auction platforms.
No registered grower or curer shall sell or cause to be sold virginia tobacco elsewhere than at an auction platform registered with the Board in accordance with the rules made under this Act [or established by the Board under this Act] [ Inserted by Act 36 of 1978, Section 4.].
