1. Dr. M.K Gahlaut, learned Counsel appears on behalf of the Petitioner as well the Petitioner appears through Video Conferencing. 1.1 Dr. Gahlaut submits that possession of the premises, i.e., One Room, with open lobby at Ground Floor on half portion in Property bearing No.A-11, Main Road, Kaithwara, New Usmanpur, Delhi-110053, was taken over by the bailiff pursuant to the orders of the Executing Court on 29.11.2021.
2. Dr. Gahlaut and the Petitioner is, hereby, directed to remain physically present in the Court on the next date of hearing and also to make submissions in terms of the Order dated 11.01.2023 passed by the coordinate bench of this Court.
3. List the matter on 19.09.2023.
