“That this House do proceed to elect one Member of Lok Sabha from amongst themselves in accordance with the principal of proportional representation by means of the single transferable vote to serve as a member for the remaining term of the Joint Committee on Offices of Profit vice Shri Rajiv Ranjan ‘Lalan” Singh resigned on 11 November, 2008.” MR. SPEAKER: The question is:
