Section 14(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being a member of the State Advisory Committee :-(i)if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if he has been convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the State Government involves moral turpitude.
