Madhya Pradesh High Court

Santosh Kumar Shukla vs Shri S.K. Raul Judgement Given By: ... on 30 April, 2014

                  Conc. No. 759/2014
(Santosh Kumar Shukla & another ..Vs. ..S.K.Paul & another)
30-04-2014

Shri V.K.Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Heard on the question of admission.

The petitioners have filed this petition alleging non-
compliance and disobedience of the order dated 21-1-2014
passed by this Court in W.P.No. 1035/2014 (Annexure C-1)
wherein this Court had directed the respondent/authorities

to consider and decide the case of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the order passed by the Court.

From a perusal of the record, specifically, Annexures C-2 it is observed that the petitioners have filed a representation before the authorities but they did not produce the certified copy of the order dated 21-1-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 1035/2014.

In the circumstances, while I do not find any case for initiating any contempt against the respondents, however, as the order passed by this Court is required to be complied with by the respondent/authorities, the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioners furnish a certified copy of the order passed today and a certified copy of the order dated 21-1-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 1035/2014 to the respondent/authorities within a week of obtaining the same, the concerned authority shall consider and decide petitioners' case as directed by this Court in accordance with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No. 1035/2014.

With the aforesaid observations/directions the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.

C.C. as per rules.
