18. Sanction of the Scheme.
(1)After the publication of the Scheme as aforesaid and after considering the objections, if any, received in respect thereof, the CAD Board shall, after making such modifications therein as it deems necessary, sanction the Scheme.(2)The Scheme as sanctioned under sub-section (1), shall be notified in the Official Gazette and shall be published in the manner specified in sub-section (2) of section 17.
