105. [ Appointment of [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] [Substituted by Act No.3 of 1994.].
- The Government may appoint [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] [Substituted along with marginal heading by Act No.3 of 1994 and again substituted including marginal heading by Act No.25 of 2007.] to the Corporation. The persons so appointed shall be subject to the same liabilities, restrictions and conditions to which the Commissioner is subject.]
