Section 10(4) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(4)Where the application for registration is not disposed of by Registrar within sixty days or the Registrar fails to communicate the order of refusal register within the stipulated period specified under sub-section (3)the application for registration shall be deemed to have been accepted for registration by Registrar and he shall issue the Registration certificate in accordance with the provisions of this Act and rule.
