(4)Power to reserve street or public place for any public purpose. - The [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] may also by public notice temporarily reserve any street or public place for any public purpose and prohibit any person from entering the area so reserved unless he observes the conditions prescribed by the [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957]
