Section 21 in The Punjab New Mandi Townships (Development and Regulation) Act, 1960
21. Delegation.
(1)The State Government may, by order direct that any power exercisable by it or by the Administrator under this Act shall also be exercisable by such officer not below the rank of a Naib-Tahsildar and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order.(2)The Administrator may delegate all or any of his powers under this Act to any officer not below the rank of a Naib-Tehsildar of the State Government or any other authority subject to such conditions as may be specified by the Administrator.
