52. Cancellation of Contractor's Licences granted to Supply Companies or Departments.
- An Electrical Contractor's licence granted to supplier shall be liable to be with drawn by the Board if it is found that preferential treatment is being given to consumers or prospective consumers with a view to gain an unfair advantage in completion with other Electrical Contractors.
