Section 15(b) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964
(b)Members of the Committee other than ex-officio members, hereditary members, life-members, or such members as are members of the State Legislature, shall cease to be such members if they do not attend four consecutive meetings of the committee without leave of the committee.
