1. The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in the instant Writ Petition is for issuance of direction to complete the departmental enquiry initiated against him at the earliest.
2. Not opposed by the State counsel.
3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.1 to ensure that the enquiry officer is suitably adviced/instructed to ensure that the departmental enquiry initiated againt the petitioner is concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
