Facts :-
This matter is called for hearing today dated 03.07.2012. The parties have not appeared before the Commission. Hence, the matter is being decided on the basis of material on record.
2. From the perusal of the appeal memo, it appears to me that it is the grievance of the appellant that he has been supplied a copy of MoD's letter dated 19.9.1983 whereas he had requested for UO No. 2664/2B regarding payment of Conveyance Allowance to physically handicapped employees of the Cantonment Boards.
3. In view of the above, Deputy Director(Cantts.), o/o DGDE, New Delhi, is hereby directed to supply copy of the above mentioned UO to the appellant, if any such U.O. exists, in 04 weeks time.
