(c)if a male and sentenced to imprisonment for a year or more be brought under a course of instruction according to the syllabus and courses of study prescribed by the Punjab School Education Board for the class in which the Juvenile convict is considered fit on examination by the teacher incharge of the concerned class, he should be made to pass one class every year; special emphasis should be laid on the physical health, social and moral education.
