By preferring an application seeking modification/correction of order dated 16.12.2019, a request has been made that publication of notice may please be made in 'Rajasthan Patrika', New Delhi Edition, since some of the respondents are residents of New Delhi. The order dated 16.12.2019 has got mentioning of Jaipur, for proper circulation of notice, New Delhi is needed to be altered.
Heard and perused the order dated 16.12.2019. This Court while allowing and disposing of application preferred under Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C. has permitted substituted service upon unserved respondent No.1/1 by way of paper publication and said publication is to be inserted in 'Rajasthan Patrika', Jaipur Edition.
Considering the grounds mentioned in the application and the submissions orally advanced, notice insertion be made in 'Rajasthan Patrika', New Delhi Edition only, as such Jaipur Edition is accordingly replaced to New Delhi Edition of 'Rajasthan Patrika'. (Downloaded on 11/02/2020 at 11:44:51 PM)
